We have managed teams with internal and external ressources with up to 20 FTEs.

Our project methodology was mainly based on the SAP ASAP Framework.

We've built our theoretical know-how at the CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in “Strategic and operational Project Management”, as part of the MAS (Master in Advanced Studies) in Business Process Engineering at the FHSG (Sankt Gallen University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland).
